Unopened items
Return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We'll email you a pre-paid label.
Opened cubes
Return for store credit within 14 days. If the cube is defective, we'll send you a free replacement instead.
Digital purchases
Refundable only if the puzzle data is corrupt or undeliverable. Otherwise non-refundable.
