Plain-English terms for using ZudoCube. By creating an account, ordering a cube, or using the game, you're agreeing to these.
01Who we are
"ZudoCube" refers to ZudoCube Studio, the operator of zudocube.com and the ZudoCube apps and games. "You" means the person reading this — whether you have an account or not.
02Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your credentials. If you think your account has been compromised, change your password and email us immediately.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If we find out you're under 13, we'll close the account and refund any open orders.
03Purchases
All prices are in US dollars unless noted otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a price you've already paid is locked in for that order.
Orders are an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we ship the order. We may decline orders for any reason — usually fraud, stock issues, or a regional shipping restriction.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
04Returns and refunds
- Physical cubes & accessories. Unopened, in original packaging: 30-day return for full refund. Opened: 14-day return for store credit.
- Digital downloads. Non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law.
- Subscriptions. The current period is non-refundable; future periods are canceled when you cancel.
- Defective products. Free replacement or full refund, regardless of where you are in the return window.
Start a return from your order history or email support@zudocube.com.
05How you can use our stuff
You can:
- Use the website and apps for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Print and share your own puzzle progress.
- Review, photograph, and post about our products. We love that.
You can't:
- Copy, redistribute, or sell our puzzles, software, or content.
- Reverse-engineer the app to extract puzzle generation logic.
- Use our trademarks (the name, logo, design) without our written permission.
- Run our service through scrapers or bots.
- Use the service to do anything illegal.
06User content
If you submit content (puzzle names, reviews, contact messages), you keep ownership but give us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display and use it within the service. Don't submit anything that isn't yours to share.
07Termination
You can close your account at any time from your account page or by emailing support. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms — we try to be reasonable about it and give warning when possible.
08Disclaimer
We work hard to make ZudoCube reliable, but the service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that puzzle generation will produce a puzzle you personally find clever. Use at your own risk.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. For material changes, we'll email you and post a notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, except where consumer protection law gives you a stronger right.
